  • *1.These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions.
  • 2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 31st March 2014.
  • 3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
  • 4. ~“Nothing more to pay until 2014” applies to bookings for arrivals between 13th March and 31st December 2014. Bookings made for arrivals between 1st January and 12th March 2014 will have balance payments due at the end of 2013.
  • 5. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
  • 6. The difference between the £25 low deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

  1. A lovely quiet villa Ina sure domaine. Comfortably furnished, and spacious enough for 7/8. Note that shops & restos etc not really within walking distance so you’ll need a car and or bikes! Aug 2012.

  2. Very well presented property and very clean. Check with reception as regards swimming pool heating if required. Instructions given were insufficient, thermostat control not explained or shown. Code given for entrance gate was incorrect. July 2011.

  1. The accommodation was perfect with shops and restaurants all within walking distance.Hire a bike from on site and you won’t even have to move the car. The cycle path goes all the way along the coast to Sable d’olonne, our dog loved it. Sept 2011.

  1. The house was well positioned and was very light and airy with all mod cons. it had plenty of hot water and a heated towel rail in the bathroom which was an added luxury.   2. A real hidden gem. The house is very well equipped and comfortable and is only a few moments stroll from the bakery and other shops in Angles which also hosts a street market twice a week. The house is set in a large grounds with secure parking and is entirely secluded from neighbouring houses. Highly recommended and in an excellent location to explore this part of the Vendee. June 2012.

  1. Property was quite small especially as had two young children. Would be perfect for a couple. Right on the beach which was fantastic. A good 10 min walk from restaurants which again no problem for adults but difficult with young children. July 2011.

  3. Lovely beach, very safe for children. No facilities nearby on the beach but close enough to accommodation to pop back at any time. Pleasant area and not too busy which suited us well. La Rochelle is well worth visiting, as is Roche sur Yon. Really safe and easy cycling routes all around. July 2009.
