  • *1.These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions.
  • 2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 31st March 2014.
  • 3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
  • 4. ~“Nothing more to pay until 2014” applies to bookings for arrivals between 13th March and 31st December 2014. Bookings made for arrivals between 1st January and 12th March 2014 will have balance payments due at the end of 2013.
  • 5. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
  • 6. The difference between the £25 low deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

  1. We really enjoyed the peaceful location of the property. Nearby Beauvais centre, has good facilities. We took a train to Paris for the day. Excellent! July 2012.
  2. The property was better than expected given the price. It was very clean and the owners very helpful when we arrived. Unfortunately there is no life in the village as even the boulangerie has now shut down. It was all a bit too isolated for us but if you have the weather and you’re looking for a quiet retreat then this would fit the bill. July 2011.
  3. The cottage was excellent, loved the open beams in the upstairs bedrooms. The cottage was fully equipped with everything we needed and the garden was also a really lovely outdoor space. We met the cottage owner (Bridgette) on arrival and at the end of the week and she was open and friendly. May 2011.

  1. The cottage far outweighed our expectations - fabulous location, so peaceful and a stunning view of the lake. Had everything we needed - I could quite happily live there forever! Brilliant for access to lots of places - we visited Rouen, Dieppe, Reims and also did the Somme Battlefield Tour - then onto Paris. Would love to return and can highly recommend. Aug 2011.

  3. Easy access to all areas. Paris is approx 1hr drive away (to the suburbs) and then we took a train, very easy. Chantilly is beautiful and Gerberoy must be seen. Fantastic Middle Age village full of character. We drove everywhere and saw a lot. The cottage and the surroundings are beautiful. Everything there we needed. We had a fantastic holiday. Dec 2008.

  1. Lovely property. Would love to have spent more time there. There is a bakery only 5 minutes drive away, so fresh bread every morning. Owners are very helpful. June 2012.
  2. Warm welcome from the hosts ( including brioche, cider etc). The cottage was spotless, very light and extremely well-equipped. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place for you! Lots to see in the area- very relaxing. The best cottage weve ever stayed in anywhere. The hosts are delightful and live behind the property, available for queries but the cottage remains very private. April 2012.

  1. The accommodation is large and spacious. The access drive has a sharp change in gradient and there is a risk of a laden car grounding. The location is essentially Noyon but is good for visits to Compiegne, its forest, Pierrefonds, Laon and Parc of Asterix. Aug 2011.

  1. Kitchen was very well equipped, unlike previous Gite experiences. Proprietors were very welcoming and helpful. The dogs mentioned are well-behaved and were no problem at all. April 2011.
  2. The pool. The location in a listed village.The fact that it was in the grounds of a magnificent if slightly delapitated grand house. July 2010.
  3. Enough room, items that were already there like cleaning products, tea lights salt and pepper. Kitchen well equipped. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful and even baked us a fresh peach tart and gave us champagne. The info states they have a dog but it would be helpful to say LARGE dog as he was huge, not a problem for us though as it was very friendly. Aug 2009.
