  • *1.These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions.
  • 2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 31st March 2014.
  • 3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
  • 4. ~“Nothing more to pay until 2014” applies to bookings for arrivals between 13th March and 31st December 2014. Bookings made for arrivals between 1st January and 12th March 2014 will have balance payments due at the end of 2013.
  • 5. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
  • 6. The difference between the £25 low deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

  1. We chose this property because of its rural setting and it completely lived up to expectations being surrounded by fields and with long distance views up to Mont Revard. The region of the Massif des Bauges is beautiful and although we did have quite a lot of rain we also had some hot sunny days and I think variable weather is to be expected in mountainous areas. The gite itself was very well equipped with everything in excellent condition. The very pleasant owner lived next door which was convenient should anything have gone wrong (which it didn’t) but didn’t speak English so a little knowledge of French would be useful. We had a lovely week and it is an area we would certainly consider visiting again. June 2012.

  1. We had to cancel our hire car from Geneva and it was VERY difficult to get to and from the property by public transport. If it hadn’t been for the extreme generosity of the owners we would still probably be on the side of a road in France! Sept 2012.

  1. Lovely quiet spot very near to the main Annecy to Faverage bicycle route - wonderful location for a family holiday. A car is required due to it’s slightly remote location. July 2012.

  1. This was a wonderful cottage - fantastic location with everything you could want to enjoy a holiday. The owner was very helpful and the myriad of walks through the local vineyards were beautiful. There are some great patisseries close by and good restaurants, with easy access to chambery and grenoble. Heartily recommended. July 2012.

  1. Lovely chalet with fabulous views. Very nice interior with good family sized accomodation. Owners very friendly (but speak no English). July 2012.
  2. A lovely log cabin in a delightful setting. The owner was friendly and welcoming. A great area to explore although climbing the mountain behind the house is not for the faint hearted. It takes eight long, hard, slow hours! July 2011.
  3. A very nice, compact and well maintained cabin in a quiet area south of the lake. An excellent base for site seeing, walking and cycling. The cabin has everything you need. My girlfriend and I very much enjoyed our stay and Mme L’Hopital-Cussiat whilst spoke no English was very friendly and accommodating. Of particular note is the west facing balcony where we drank wine basking in the late afternoon sun. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property. April 2011.

  1. Very friendly owners, most helpful but not intrusive. The gite is excellently located, a short, but steep, walk from the centre of Morzine. There are spectacular views from the terrace across the town to the ski lifts beyond - full of interest. Sky full of para-gliders, great fun! Sept 2011.
